I am a visual artist who creates art; fusing abstract concepts with traditional techniques of drawing, printmaking and painting. I have attended many schools, to include Parsons, The National Academy and The New York Academy. I enjoy depicting site specific locations, be they interiors or exteriors as a source of inspiration or subject matter. At times I am also motivated to work figuratively or use objects, with an emphasis on the process and use of traditional and modern ideas. My hope, ultimately, is to pioneer unexpected compositions using geometry and /or fractional elements by harmonizing theories and perceptions into futuristic shaped compositions with a sense of visual fantasia. I try to take everyday life and transform it into interesting imagery, bringing a sense permanence. Ultimately, no matter what medium or subject, my work is about transforming unnoticed reality into visual poetry that leaves a memorable impression and presence on any one who is sensitive to it.
